Genting Adrenalin Challenge..

when i was back in Ipoh to be more specific back in Sitiawan i picked up a call from Genting that i was invited to a challenge in Genting on 29th Oct..

i was really excited because i read from the website last year they had sometime like that too and everything was FREE!! what i was hoping for is the word FREE.. :) free bus to Genting, free theme park ticket and even free lunch!! HOORAY!!

this is actually a challenge of not only bravery but stamina too.. i went to my brother’s place to overnight the night before because we need to meet up at Wisma Genting in the morning and it is pretty far if i want to travel from Sunway here..

Early in the morning my brother and I went to KL city that he’s going for work while i’m going to play!! i saw about 20+ of people there taking up this challenge some of them had even very good stamina that they run marathons.. with they hope to just to have fun i went up alone with 20+ of them..

it all starts with Spinner then Cockscrew then Space shot then Malaysia first roller coaster!! i was really stuck in this clue as i don’t really know which was it.. but luckily i saw some admin people waiting in Cyclone there..

next would be 3 times of flying coaster which makes me bored of this ride already.. :l then the thunder mine train which is boring cause is totally not trilling!! the next one was really tiring which is the wall expedition “wall climbing”.. at that time we were all exhausted and they even gave us time limit to climb to half way of the wall.. 1 minute is all we have.. either do or die.. :(

luckily i manage to climb the wall but my hands are all shrivelling as i was really very tired at that time.. next is the Ice World where we need to find a ping pong ball and eat Ice Cream and a can of cold coke in the freezing temperature..

at last i came out 1st having finish everything in.. try to guess how long it takes me to finish all.. :) a total of RM700 worth of Genting items i won but above of that i really did had lots of fun on that day.. manage to play most of the rides in Genting for 1 day and FREE!!

My wallet went missing.. T.T

just like other normal times i went back Ipoh for the weekend and came out with train to KL Sentral.. in KL Sentral i would take bus back to pyramid and from pyramid walk back to my hostel.. this whole process would take about 3 to 4 sometimes even 5 hours when the bus is late and the jam is really very back.. sometimes i wonder is it really worth it to go back to and from Ipoh just for the weekend.. :)

but this time not only that i wasted 5 hours i think it was more than that. when i was in the bus on the way back from KL the bus actually forgot to stop at Pyramid i quickly went to press the bell and rush down.. but by the time i was down at the side of the road i realise my pocket was really light.. normally i would have 2 handphones and my wallet in my pocket.. but this time it’s like empty..

i stopped by the bus stop and check my bag weather is it i kept in my bag already.. “PUAS SAYA MENCARI” this is what actually my police report wrote.. after searching for really long i called Daniel and asked for help.. Zakee included and Alvin.. don’t know why that time pop in my head was 3 of them.. straight away they accompany me to the nearest police station without Daniel of course.. :)

after done with my report i went to get a replacement sim card for my U-Mobile and Digi because i actually left them in my wallet.. at the mean time i called Maybank and Eon bank to terminate my debit and credit card.. :( there goes my cash, and some rubbish inside i think.. LOL..

It’s iPhone time!!

looks like it’s pretty hot these days as it’s new and just arrived in Malaysia..

we have two competitor here in Malaysia.. Maxis and Digi.. and they both have good in their own ways..

digi and maxis both have their ups and downs.. digi is much more cheaper with only 63 per month and even get a rebate of RM5 if you apply for direct debit.. so digi is RM58 while maxis is RM100.. maxis had increase the internet usage of 500mb to 1gb but how much can you really use?? i wonder..

since maxis is offering 12 months contract while digi only offers 24 months contract i got this table from another blog.. thanks.. :)

it shows clearly that digi is cheaper as compared to maxis.. this is only the $$ side.. let’s look about 32GB side..

this is about iPhone 4 32GB.. take a look.. actually maxis didn’t really lose a lot isn’t it?? just a couple of hundreds.. LOL.. anyway there are other things to consider such as 3G coverage of both telco..

maxis having wider range of 3G compared to digi.. imagine you are using EDGE to online with your iPhone.. what’s the point?? loading~~loading~~loading~~ while people with maxis line loading~~ gao dim!! :)

have a wise choice in choosing while telco you are up to remember!! if i had a choice i would pick maxis of course.. digi is pretty slow in my hometown sometimes even no line.. –.-lll good luck to all in your new phone!!

Dad and Mum came back from New Zealand!!

yesterday during dinner time my phone rang.. it was my mum that calls me.. hehe.. they reached Malaysia touched down at about 8.00pm.. i think if i’m not mistaken..

mum told me that they didn’t read the mails so didn’t buy chocolates for me.. HOW SAD!! i want MY chocolates!! :P

anyway hopefully will be going back Ipoh soon to meet them.. kind of miss them as it had been sometime.. since before RAYA until now.. but above all of that..

really need to thank God for giving

them a safe journey back from there.. :)

 

Classes go on as usual..

Back at here everything is like usual.. classes all went on a usual.. but i kind of bored as my classes are only on Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat.. Mon and Tues i’m really free while my friends are busy with their another subject..

When i look at them having struggling of 3 papers and look back at myself i felt a little guilty as i didn’t really put a lot of effort in this semester.. hopefully it’s not too late to wake up..

Got back my progress test 2 for F9 financial management.. while for F8 lecturer don’t even know where is our papers.. hopefully will get back soon as i didn’t really study the “tips” this time but focus on notes and exercise.. want to see what is my level up to..

i got 60.5 for my F9 i thought it’s pretty good and kind of satisfied with it but my lecturer actually asked me in front of the whole class what had i up to.. it’s only 60 something.. then i was stunned but glad at the same time cause she actually expected more from me.. will do better next time.. :)

heard that there will be progress test 3 for this sem cause students are not really performing.. actually i kind of hope that i can take that exam cause this will make me study i mean push me to study.. but only those below 30s can take the exam.. good luck to all my friends :)

I’m back to Sunway..

came back yesterday by train.. thanks Victor Ng for fetching me to train station.. from KL sentral i took a bus back to Sunway and walk to hostel..

ARGH!!! regretted bringing so many stuff.. my heavy bag really makes my hand pain.. muscles pain.. T.T
